RAN!

RAN merupakan grup musik asal Indonesia yang berdomisli di Jakarta. Grup musik ini dibentuk pada tahun 2006. Asal nama RAN diambil dari huruf depan ketiga personilnya. Yaitu Rayi (vocal/rap), Asta (guitar), dan Nino (vocal). Album pertamanya ialah 'For Your Life' yang dirilis pada tahun 2008. Mereka belajar di sekolah tinggi yang sama. Rayi dan Asta yang berada di tingkat yang sama, membuat band bersama teman sekolah nya bernama FRD yang telah menang di beberapa festival band. Dan ketika mereka lulus, mereka memutuskan untuk membubarkan band. Saat akan mengikuti Indonesia Song Festival 2006 yang digelar di salah satu stasiun televisi, mereka menggaet Nino adik kelas mereka untuk bergabung dalam sebuah band. Dan lagu 'Pandangan Pertama' berhasil meraih juara ke-2 dalam festival tersebut. Lagu ini pula yang mengenalkan RAN pada produser dan menyodorkan lagu ini ke Universal Music Indonesia. Lalu mereka merekam album pertama mereka yang berjudul 'RAN For Your Life' dan dirilis pada tahun 2007. RAN memiliki banyak genre, seperti R&B, soul, hip hop, jazz, reggae. Dan single pertama mereka berjudul 'Pandangan Pertama'. RAN baru saja merilis album ke-2 mereka yang berjudul 'Friday' pada tahun 2009. Ada 3 kolaborasi dalam album ini. Seorang penyanyi wanita dari Malaysia yang bernama Shila muncul di lagu 'Tunjukkan Cintamu'. Dewi Sandra (penyanyi wanita terkenal dari Indonesia) pada lagu 'Budak Cinta' yang ini lagu rock pertama mereka. Dan melodi piano dari Andi Rianto dan dikombinasikan dengan lirik romantis pada lagu 'Piano'.

Girls' Generation (SNSD)

Girls' Generation adalah grup penyanyi perempuan asal Korea Selatan yang dibentuk oleh SM Entertainment pada tahun 2007. Penggemar sering menyebut mereka sebagai SNSD, singkatan dari nama grup ini dalam bahasa Korea, "So Nyeo Shi Dae". Salah satu album dari grup ini pada tahun 2009 berjudul 'Gee'. Pada tahun 2010 dengan versi bahasa Jepang grup ini merilis lagu hits mereka berjudul 'Tell Me Your Wish (Genie)'. Sebelum menjadi grup Girls' Generation mereka sudah dilatih sebagai penari dan penyanyi prefesional. Dan sebagian diantara anggota grup ini sudah dilatih dibidang akting dan modeling.
